we don't have payment issues with them---not really fast, but not slow enough for me to get bent out of shape.  They DO however have very strict guidelines for their searches and for the submission of their invoices.  So just make sure you check VERY carefully their order sheet BEFORE doing the search just to make sure you completely understand what is expected and what you are going to be paid.  Other than that, they are fine to work for.
