Telling Jim's people that you will sue their A** if they are not paid is the
most civil way I know to get someone's attention. If Jim wants to not
be sued, he should pay the person making the demand.
Just a side ???, when went to meet Ted, how did he have 'nough
$$ to buy fuel for a plane? Is it a company plane? If so, Ted should
attach it then file suit.
