Jan,
I had started to fill out the form, but to be honest I don't want other people to know of our good clients. This will be a better means for someone to solicit them. It has been talked about more than once how cut-throat this business is. Even though I know we do a good job and would like to believe our clients will stick with us, I don't want to be a fool. I think a better list would be something like the Better Business Bureau has; reporting complaints and calling the companies of whom the complaints are against and stating if the situation had been resolved or not. Although this would be a very involved task.
I do want to state that I appreciate the idea of your poll and the thought of trying to come to a resolution, but am hesitant to filling it out. Thank you for the idea.
