With the exception of 1 or 2 months, there have been requests for a faxed copy of the 'hot list' every month since 2003. 

When combined with the past year's multitude of posts regarding non-payment, slow payment, and decline in work, one would think the interest for a new list would be great.

So far, have there been two replies to the poll.
