They contacted me saying their business is increasing here in N. Alabama, asking me to send them E&O, CV, contract, etc. I've made a counterproposal to theirs and heard nothing back. No surprise there. Just curious if these were people who were on anyone's avoid-them list, or if they were on anyone's great-company list.
