Still a little under the weather. Can't take anything until it gets later in the day as you can tell I get cranky form the post I made last night. =) For that reason I'm kind of glad we don't have alot of SOT folks reading it, they would all consider me nutz is my guess. Not being up on the collection laws, would factoring and writing off the balance for the abstractor be more beneficial or writing off the loss from collection fee be better? Anyone have any suggestions?
