SURPRISE!! SURPRISE!! This is the same story I was given also. Gina is also our contact for accounting. I talk to our lender and he has suggest to contact an attorney or collection agency. We have been told since August they were going to get money in their office than cut checks. Still haven't received any money from them yet.
