I have been using the scan snap by Fujitsu. It is a small unit that will fit into a large camera/video bag. It stands approx. 6"H x 5"D x12"W carrier will hold up to 50 pages. I have done reports (with a little feeding in batches) of up to 220 pages. It is a work horse that has alot of features and speed, it actually cleans up alot of the copies I took off the clerks equipment. I believe I paid about 400.00 for it but it came with adobe 7.0. I email alot, with the last rush we had probably close to 50 - 60 searches aday. Very reliable, just hook it to any computer or laptop by usb and away you go...I have 2 of these one is about 3 years old the other 1 1/2.........................
