Don't feel too bad, we ultimately too them to court and won a judgment against them for over $1000.00.  Now we are going to file a Foreign Judgment against them in New York and finally pursue legal action to put a levy against their assets and accounts.  They are very adamant about not paying their debts, DO NOT USE THEM.
