Me too.
We just got back Tuesday night from the Missouri Land Title Association Title School with some of my abstractors.  Went to the Flips and Fraud class, which proved to be very interesting, even though very little dealt with the search part, mainly the documents supplied by the borrower, real estate agent, appraiser and others.  Although one thing they did mentioned was to look closely at your Releases, especially the ones that release a PMM after only a couple of years and there is no recorded DOT/Mortgage after it.  It may not be an unrecorded DOT/Mortgage but a fraudulent release.  The school also re-enforced what we teach our abstractors to look for when they are searching.
