We used to have a client that required the legal description be included in the abstract. In effect the title abstract was their title insurance commitment. Rather than go through the laborious typing with the possibility of typographical errors, we were able to get around it by scanning the legal description from the deed, and using the cut and paste button to transfer the scanned description to their form. The whole process did not take more than 5 or 10 minutes to complete. You can then either print it and fax it or email it as an attachment.
