also as I stated at Title Camp---I have SERIOUS reservations about the amount of access to American property records being given to countries that have NOT been historically bosum buddies of the U.S.  The core of the American Dream is home ownership.  And with the advent of online records and other ingenious ways for criminals to defraud the American people, why would we be allowing ANY country other than our own to make money off our property records---to include the storage of them!  I see this as an issue of national security.
