Source of Title Forums: Re: U.S. LAND TITLE

I was just wanting to clarify that what I read WAS what I read. Can you imagine the ba*** of a company to say---here's an order but if it doesn't close, we won't pay you? How do you know if they closed or not--if they had a cash flow crunch, they could just say--oh, that didn't close, sorry...And for an abstractor to AGREE to that just to get work---don't get me started :) :) :)
