Our company has been working with them since June of this year. We cover the entire state of Georgia for them with REO and current owner searches. They require their vendors to be fairly high tech, (they don't accept faxes and send orders by e-mail only). They pay o.k., a little slow compared to other companies doing similar work, but not as slow as others. Their current owner searches are not guaranteed payment, but have a very low fall-thru rate. As far as I can tell, the REO searches are guaranteed. They have two different departments for current owner  and REO, be careful not to get the two confused.
