Jim Girardi and his forum is laughable.  The only logical reason to pay your vendors from newest to oldest is to appease your new vendors while distancing yourself from your old ones.

Jim Girardi and Contemporary Realty ran up a large bill with us in the 1st quarter of this year and have refused to pay their invoices.  They currently owe us over $5000 and Jim will not answer his phone or return a message.

I encourage everyone who is owed money by Contemporary to shun Jim's private message board and to post out here in an open forum where Jim does not have his finger on the editor button.

Fresh air and sunshine is the best disinfectant and Jim's private forum sure needs it.
