Barry, I am opening a collection agency just for independent abstractors to collect their receivables.  I owned a collection agency previously so I decided to help my fellow abstractors with their own issues (for a nominal fee of course :)  Anyway, I anticipate having it ready to launch by Thanksgiving.  My previous collection experience was local so I'm working out the legalities of collecting in other states.  As soon as I finish that, I'll be announcing my services/website on the services offered forum.
