The clients that are not paying you are killing your relationship, not to mention your business.
Abstractors need to start thinking about how important they are & how valuable their work is. ---- Not how important the client is!!!
I know that there are clients out there that are having money problems. We have all been there. But it is their business practices that have put them in that position, not the abstractors. They need to pay their bills, and if they don't, then abstractors need to refuse to do work for them. Over the years I have seen many clients come & go. They are gone & I'm still here. (At least for now).
