Hello....US Title is different from US Land. We do business with the both of them. US Land is in Georgia. They are good. US Title is getting better. New management is in place since the end of summer of last year. Yes, there were problems but all is well with US Title. The bulk of their work is commercial and I'm not talking simple one single building sitting in a neighborhood. Their accounts are major.
