If your state permits it without a license to practice law...get over into closings...more money...less aggravation...more bargaining power...less liability (Liability insurance is also less expensive). Let the VM's with all their nonsense fight it out with the Indians, Chinese and Fillipinos. In time I think they will regret their conduct with respect to the native abstractors. For the money to be made in abstracting ...who needs the VM's BS?
