You are not alone.  We finally hired a Collection Agency to handle all of our unpaid invoices.  Ofcourse, since I have hired my collection agency.  I have seen payment.  The worst months were October, November and December.  Orders were coming in, but no money.  Hmmm..... But like always I was prepared for the slow payment months. .
