Great response and all points are valid and true. Believe me; the credit report issue was addressed to the lender months ago.

We had contacted our E&O immediately, and after their due diligence, they requested that we contact Mr. Martinez for whom the fault originated from. Bottom line is that we did not ask Mr. Martinez to do anything we would not or did not do ourselves.
