You might want to take a look at the advertisement at the right hand side of this page. If it is the same firm, it appears to be an outsourcing firm. The advertisement under the subject to title abstractor management indicates that the client has the choice of using their abstractors or the client's choice of abstractors. It further indicates that they "chase" the abstractors to get the client's title search on time.
