Same applies in Illinois.  When a Memorandum of Judgment is filed with the recorders office, it will attach to the property as a lien.  If it were the duty of the broker to disclose matters on the credit report, I would say that most of them probably shirk that duty.

I would think the broker has a duty to the lender to the extent that it affects the debt-to-income ratio.
