Good luck with this company.  Frank Dallas is the "owner" and closed up a previous title company named All States Research & Retrieval, LLC.  I have a judgment against him and the previous company name.  He continued to use the old companies phone numbers and addess for a while after he had switched it over to Southern.  Best I could tell you is go after him personally and the company.  Just make sure you check on the "owners" name when called from someone in his area the next time.
