You can also turn it in and let
the clerks send it back regular mail
with a form that states/checks off everything
wrong with the document. It will still takes weeks
for them to turn it around. It does not waste your
time, and they more or less pay for their mistakes
by having the document unrecorded while another
mortgage or lien, etc. can take first position.
