I go through this myself every couple of months with them, currently they owe us for some of Nov. all of Dec and now of course Jan too. I was just discussing this in house and debating whether to cut them off or not. I guess at least now I know that I am not alone in this. In the past the minute they are 'cut off' they suddenly miraculously make a payment that brings it mostly current. I have sent 2 or 3 emails regarding this issue and to date have received nothing back myself. Keep me posted as I will let you know when or if I get payment.
