Exactly why I stated several times, that the policy would except the prior restrictions (CCR, Developer agreement, etc) whether expired or not. Restrictions are always excepted.

I've been licensed in NJ as a producer since1999. Owned an agency in another state back in 1996. Do business in multiple states and internationally.

It applies the same no matter what state or country you are in. :)
