This is untrue, I have had one search completed by Mr. Strickland.  Invoice and refi search was sent to me on December 18, 2019 and payment and check cleared my bank on January 30, 2020.  Information sent to him to remove the incorrect post and confirm no other payments due and he has confirmed that there are not any payments due now or when this post was posted on here in June 2020.
