In our State they are recorded just like any other Deed with no distinction.as far as title or code.

I believe this company buys the time share properties. There could be many companies and people that do the same.  We just need to find them.My research tells me that this is not uncommon. Just thought it might be a way we can add ton our product. You never know...

For the document retrieval we will give as much information that we have on the property. Ex: Name, Resort Name/Address unit numbers, Etc. For the recordings we will send the correct documents for the recording. We will cut two (2) separate checks one for the county and the other for your fees.
