It is interesting that you recomend that course because my my attorney (suite mate of mine) keeps discussing that course of action and gets all excited about it.  He tries to convince me to go this route because when a firm is not transparent with thier accounting practices and they pay vendors on terms that are foreign to standard business practices they are culpable to this tact.
