I completely agree. I hear and see several closings where most fees are hidden for deals in NY. It's not like it used to be and I miss the old days. More and more people are hiding and that presents more of a risk on their part. I just finished one personally in Buffalo. Not one fee was disclosed on both the seller and buyers portion except tax stamps, All attorney fees were not present. Even the realtor's commission. That deal caused me to post this issue on SOT.
