That's exactly why we don't quote prices over the phone, and it's also why we insist on having a signed Client Services Agreement in place before any work is performed.
She insults you by stating ridiculously low fees that you never agreed to, and she's offended? I don't blame you, Wendi, I probably would have laughed in her face, too. If that's the way they treat their vendors, it's no wonder they're desperate.
