I did a lot of work with Titlesearch USA and I was told the same things, they woudn't pay me.  Yes, they are slow paying but if you call and find out who is now in charge of paying vendors, and then call and speak to them every two weeks to each month or leave a nice message politely saying you still haven't received payment. I got all my money owed.  It was a few thousand dollars.  They FedEx'd it to me.
