Robert, As my dad used to say, "you can't go wrong by pricing the item
(or service) to high, you can always come down." I'd say that you
might consider charging at lease $ 125 for a C.O., and something like
$ 185 for a full search. Considering the threads on here on the
lialibity assumed by the abstractors, that should give you a cushion
to get good E & O coverage.
