You can say what you want about chances and this that and the other. The problem I see is that if you are so intimate enough with a prior company that doesn't pay that you are willing to forward old invoices to them...... You aren't novel or separated enough in my humble opinion.

There are certain folks here that were part of a company that went bankrupt a few years ago and they started "fresh". They owe everyone and their brother now just a few years out of the gate.

Best thing anyone can do when affiliated with a company with a negative background is to disassociate yourself with that company all together. You cannot blame the posters on this thread for negative comments when they have been given the shaft and asked to believe there is a separation between the two companies. Not when one company is willing to forward invoices onto the other.
