If you are having problems getting paid, call the company and threaten to call the IRS, tell them that their company has your SSN or EIN and you will call the IRS to see if that company has reported income under your SSN or EIN, tell them you will call Dunn and Bradstreet credit bureau which is used for business credit, use the better business bureau in the state in which they are incorporated in and file a complaint. I used this tactie with an agency that owed me money and by the end of the week I had all of my money they owed me. just try it and see what happens, remember no one wants the IRS in their business.
