Jennifer- One way I have found to eliminate all cancellations is to charge a "cancellation fee"  equal to 150 % of your regular fee- just let them know up front that and your problem will go away- of course the more cancellations the better your bottom line will be too.( but we are not in this business to make money that way!!)
