In light of the news about State Farm's premiums, I would suggest Title Program Administrators.  They have an ad in the right column.  I moved my insurance to Title Program Administrators from TIAC and reduced my premium by about a third and I still have $1 Million in coverage.  Plus, Nancy Walker really knows her stuff... that is what I want in my insurance agent.  And, no need to join any other organizations. 

I had always been happy with TIAC, but they sold me a couple of riders that I really had no need for.  It was just extra premium I didn't need to be paying.  Plus, it was GREAT to get rid of that $400 annual payment to ALTA!
