My tax guy told me to be an LLC, but i am not the sole owner, my hubby and I are on it together.  Tax person told me to have the LLC taxed as an S Corp to avoid self employment tax and that the money we take would be dividends and I have to do quarterly deposits for myself, and then get a k-1 from the company when company taxes are done and use the k- on my personal taxes.

I hate tax crud....
