I used to do alot of work for them when I had my former search company.  They were pretty good, I had several conversations with the owner and they seem to really know their stuff...and then i was told they had a bad experience with my former business partner and were very upset and didn't want to use our company any more, and they never paid the balance of their bill.  It was a few hundred dollars.  That was 2 years ago...

Of course they wouldnt tell me exactly what the problem was so dont know why they got upset
