Yes, I did some work for Henry at Hank Group a couple of years ago.  I even wrote him a negative review and he still won't pay for the last case he owes me.  It was like pulling teeth getting money out of him.  He would bargain down prices promising heavy volume and then say that his client only paid him X number of dollars, so he couldn't pay me the agreed price.  He even tried to tell me he didn't order one of the cases from me and never received it, but did finally eventually pay.  I would advise against doing work for him.
