Hey David,
 I agree with your thoughts, I was really just glad to see that the national publicity made them cave in. We are trying to  get some legislation put in place in CT to address this issue. Although not perfect, I feel that when a heavy hitter comes into play, such as NBC, it really helps the cause. I'm sure NY will try to find some "work around" to still play the game.
