We at one time completed cell tower searches for 200.00 to 500.00 for CO and finally stopped doing them when we were never paid for any of them, I found out from a friend of mine that runs a FAT title co office, that the reason they never pay is that they never close. Now maybe things have changed because that was about 10 years ago. But i doubt it
