Ms. Fox - Thank you very much for the kind words about our company.  I would like to think that all of our abstractors feel the same way as you do.  It's a pleasure working with you!

D - Who chooses to remain anonymous but posts slanderous comments that are untrue - We do not have any abstractor who has not been paid.  Perhaps, instead of posting comments about not being paid on a forum, and leading others to believe things that are untrue, you should pick up the phone and ask why you have not been paid.  Or, you could try submitting an invoice, since we do not have any invoice from you.  Also, we do not have any other names, and do not keep changing.  We were established in 2005 as Abstract Trust Company, and have only one other affiliation, and that is with Foundation Title & Settlement Company.  When they chose to go out of business, they transferred their files to us, but we are not the same company, and are not owned by the same people.  This is our only other affiliation.

Glenda - As you stated, I have previously told you that we are not affiliated with Southern Group, who is in the same city as one of our branch offices.  Our office is located in Florence, AL, and we have a branch in Russellville, AL, and Birmingham, AL.  Southern Group has wrote our company bad checks that we still have not collected upon, and I do not blame you for not wanting to do business with them.  And it is your own personal choice to not do business with us.  But please do not insist upon convincing others that we are associated with a company that we are not simply because we share a last name.

And to Ms. Dutro who began all of this by stating that her payment was delayed 3 months - As Ms. Fox has stated, when we first started out, we were a little slow in paying some invoices, as is to be expected from any new company, but we had nothing but problems from your work, and you demanded payment the same week you did your search, which we only pay once a month.  And then after you were paid, which you obviously have some complaints about, you solicited us twice for additional work.

Now, Ms. Allen who originated this inquiry, has already submitted to us her information, therefore, this should really be a null and void post now, and I thank her for not listening to the people who we have never sent work to, but somehow decided their opinion on our company was worth announcing.
