I agree with you, I'm sure his rates are fair. In fact to fair for
the clown he is dealing with. I think that companies who
order late and/or have made huge pie in the sky promises
to their customers need to wake it and realize this important
part of this business is the abstracting that we do.
Remember, behind every good title policy is a
good records search.
