George: No matter how much he charges, I am quite sure it is a fair price- but I do think this customer needs a shot of reality and be sent a "new" price schedule for rush acreage 60yr searches- I think it needs a steep increase for them also- just for attempting to abuse his system and for insulting his expertise, which Scott has stated very clearly does not include short cuts to accommodate a customers failure to make time for a complex titles. I know one of the most difficult aspects of doing these kind of cases is to "guess" how long and how much it will take to complete a case- in most of these, just getting a handle on them requires almost doing them- I have to tell the people I do work for that I won't know how long until I almost have it completed.
