Judgments in Baltimore City have to be run exclusively through Property Insight.  They are a private company that charges a fee, by name, to do the judgment search.    Most companies set up an account with them for their abstractors to use and Property Insight bills monthly.  This is kind of a unique occurrence as this is the only place I have ever known public information to be held by a private company which they charge a fee to access and do not provide an alternative to.  If you have any other questions please let me know.
