At least Radio Shack has survived- not such a good outcome for the IBM computers now ,China bought them out a while back. I hear there is a new machine available- called a "facts machine" I still don't know how to get the facts into it- but they have to be thin!!
Yes, I have had GE for along time too, just don't like to give away my secrets to the competition-next thing you know everyone will be including a photo of the property they are searching with the report!!
 I had the predecessor to the TRS-80 too, what a treat that was- no memory and you had to input each line of basic to get it to do anything- de-bugging was a lot of fun , and then it was only good as long as power was supplied, and then you had to do it all over to repeat the program.
I bet that 64k ram will be like a dream too!!!
