I agree with you 100%. If this company thought you had the time to look it up on the map, so did they before they sent you the order. It doesn't matter how large or small your company is, it still costs to go to a County for only one search and it is in the wrong County. If I make a special trip and don't have anything else in the County, I charge a $25.00 fee. I am also amazed at the fact that the loan co,panies fail to ask what county the person is paying taxes on the property.
