Your'e very generous to you customers. I wonder what your
position is if the search is NOT in your service area, Do you
charge a no find / trip fee?
My contention is the VM's should get all the important
info they can before ordering, just as a patient should
tell the doc all the symptoms before expecting the doc
to assist them.
